We are delighted to be joined, once again, by Field & Fawcett for our next Gourmet Evening. A brief talk will be given at the start of each course outlining the qualities & history of each of the wines chosen, to complement Adam's Menu

Scampi with Tartare Sauce is served with Potted Shrimps & Warm Toast & a Savoury Crab Cheesecake
Accompanied by a glass of Organic Cider by Sam Smith's
Three Bird Roast - Roast Goose is stuffed with a Roast Duck, a Roast Guinea Fowl & Apricot & Orange Thyme Stuffing. This is served with a Roast Onion Tart & Spring Vegetables
Accompanied by a glass of Guinevere Chardonnay, Gusbourne Estate, Kent
All Main Courses are served with Seasonal Vegetables
A Trio of Desserts
Jam Roly Poly is served with Apple & Cinnamon Crumble & a Rhubarb Ripple Ice Cream
