Duck Liver Pate with Port served with Fruit Chutney & Warm Thyme Bread

Pan-fried Breast of Pigeon served with Crispy Parma Ham, a Potato Stovie & a Pan-fried Quail Egg finished with Home-made Brown Sauce

Saddle of Yorkshire Lamb stuffed with Sun-blushed Tomatoes & Chorizo served with a Smoked Garlic Gratin Potato & a Rosemary Jus

Duo of Venison- Venison Wellington with a Wild Mushroom & Shallot Duxelle resting on Pureed Swede & Carrot is served with a Navarin Casserole of Venison, Root Vegetables & Potatoes

Fillet of John Dory sautéed in Prawn & Garlic Butter served with a Potato Cake, Asparagus Spears & Herb Petit Pois

A deposit of £10.00 per person is required when making your reservation. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Provisional bookings will not be accepted.
